Various instruments made into organs is really original. Color choice is great too except for the liver as the maroon doesn't work with the background.
Font is great as it fits with the illustration perfectly.
The intestines and certain parts of the heart aren't as well done as the rest of the organs and it kind of stands out. The iPod thing in the intestines isn't really working out and I think the stroke lines the heart are too thick. The piano keys are the best part of the t-shirt.
Overall, I would totally wear it, and for once, I mean it. (8/10)
